**Dining Director**
The Dining Director is responsible for managing all aspects of daily food and beverage operations, which encompass menu creation, food procurement, and inventory control. This role includes supervising kitchen personnel, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints, and upholding rigorous food safety and sanitation protocols. Candidates should possess two to three years of relevant experience and hold an active Certified Dietary Manager Certificate. Exceptional leadership capabilities and the ability to manage team members in line with organizational policies are essential.
