The Associate is responsible for the prompt and precise delivery of meals to patients, upholding exceptional standards in food presentation and service quality. They serve as a key link between the dining services and nursing departments, ensuring that patient dietary requirements and satisfaction levels are effectively addressed.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient meals in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure high standards of food presentation and service.
- Act as a liaison between dining services and nursing units.
- Monitor and assess patient dietary needs and their overall satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a hospitality role within a busy environment.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Capable of standing for prolonged periods.
