The District Manager is responsible for managing dining services across various locations, ensuring adherence to both federal and state guidelines. This role includes supervising staff, managing budgets, and facilitating effective communication between facility leaders and the organization. Applicants should have a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification and a minimum of two years of experience in large-scale food production and staff management. Essential qualifications include robust leadership abilities, analytical thinking, and excellent organizational skills, as well as the capacity to travel between sites and uphold regulatory standards.
