Job description
**Job Title: Direct Care Provider**
As a Direct Care Provider, you will engage in crisis intervention, execute assessments, and deliver individual counseling services to clients in a controlled inpatient environment. Your role will include fostering a recovery-oriented atmosphere, meticulously documenting care provided, and supporting clients in achieving their treatment objectives. Applicants should be a minimum of 21 years old and hold a High School Diploma or GED, along with a minimum of six months of applicable experience in behavioral health. Alternatively, candidates may qualify with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, meeting both the educational and experience criteria.
