**Job Title: Food Service Director**
The Food Service Director manages the dining operations within a long-term care facility, focusing on upholding superior food quality, adhering to safety protocols, and meeting regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include overseeing staff, managing inventory and budgeting, ensuring a clean work environment, and delivering outstanding customer service. Applicants should possess an associate degree or a higher qualification in food service management or hospitality, along with a minimum of two years of experience in food production and supervisory roles. The successful candidate will be required to acquire specific certifications, including CDM, FPM, and FSM, within the first 60 days of their appointment.
