Job Summary
The Behavior Technician plays a crucial role in assisting adult clients who have sustained brain injuries. This position focuses on executing behavioral management strategies and providing support with everyday activities, ensuring clients receive the care and attention they need to thrive.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavioral management plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Assist clients with daily living tasks to promote independence.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment within the facility.
- Document client progress accurately and consistently.
- Oversee the administration of medication as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving history is essential.
- Must possess the physical capability to lift weights up to 50 lbs.
- Availability to work mandatory weekend shifts is necessary.
