**Job Title: Direct Support Professional**
The Direct Support Professional is tasked with delivering compassionate care and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities in both community and residential environments. This role includes the execution of behavior management strategies and support in personal hygiene, communication enhancement, and the development of social skills. Candidates should be a minimum of 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or G.E.D., as well as a valid driver’s license. A background of at least six months in direct care is required, and the successful completion of DSP and RBT certifications is expected within the first year of employment.
