**Job Title: Direct Support Professional**
Direct Support Professionals offer individualized assistance, companionship, and guidance to those with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Their role includes helping clients with everyday tasks, accompanying them to various appointments, and promoting engagement within the community. Applicants should be at least 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or its equivalent. While a year of experience in supporting individuals with disabilities is desirable, training opportunities are provided for candidates lacking prior experience.
