**Job Title: Direct Support Professional**
The Direct Support Professional is responsible for aiding adults with developmental disabilities in their daily living tasks, such as managing medication, preparing meals, and assisting with personal hygiene. This role includes the implementation of behavioral strategies, providing guidance to clients, and organizing community activities to encourage independence. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, alongside a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history. Additionally, applicants must successfully complete criminal background checks, drug screenings, and any necessary training certifications.
