**Medical Records Coordinator**
The Medical Records Coordinator oversees the effective use of the electronic medical record (EMR) system by conducting audits, performing analyses, and providing training for staff. This position also involves delivering wound care services and working alongside physicians and nursing personnel to maintain thorough and precise medical records. Applicants must possess a degree from an accredited nursing program and have a minimum of one year of nursing management experience in the long-term care sector. Furthermore, a minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience in geriatric, acute, or restorative care environments is essential.
