Job description
The job coach will support adults with disabilities in securing and sustaining employment within the community by offering training and supervision at the workplace. Key responsibilities encompass keeping in touch with employers, tracking client progress, and providing transportation services for clients. Applicants should be 18 years or older and possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification. A valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and the capacity to clear criminal and child abuse background checks are essential.
