Job description
The Resident Care Associate offers personal assistance, emotional support, and engaging therapeutic programs to uphold the dignity and autonomy of residents. This role involves helping with daily living activities, administering medications, and maintaining accurate records of residents’ health. Applicants must have successfully completed a certified nursing assistant program or possess equivalent training in accordance with state requirements. Strong English communication skills and fundamental computer proficiency for record-keeping are essential.
