Job description
**Job Title: Direct Support Professional**
In this role, you will offer personalized assistance to clients in either residential or day program environments to improve their overall quality of life and foster independence. Your duties will encompass helping with everyday living tasks, managing medication administration, and executing behavior intervention strategies. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED and be prepared to secure DSP, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications within a six-month timeframe. Additionally, a valid driver’s license and the capability to successfully complete a literacy assessment are mandatory.
