Job Summary
The Director of Application Software Engineering is responsible for managing various teams to deliver exceptional software solutions that meet availability and security standards while aligning with organizational objectives. Responsibilities
- Lead multiple software engineering teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products.
- Maintain the availability and security of software applications in accordance with business requirements.
- Offer technical leadership and set architectural standards for software development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot intricate issues and refine development methodologies.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in software development, with a range of 4 to 12 years based on educational qualifications.
- Strong proficiency in various programming languages and database management systems.
- Demonstrated capability in providing technical leadership.
- Experience with cloud platforms and budget management is preferred.
