Job Summary
The Systems Engineering Manager at Boeing is responsible for leading and driving the Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) team within the Intelligence Systems (IS) program. This role is critical for ensuring that team objectives align with both program and business goals, promoting collaboration and effective communication across various capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the SEIT team to achieve project milestones and objectives.
- Enhance collaboration among team members and stakeholders to foster a productive work environment.
- Oversee the integration and validation of engineering processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Work closely with management to align engineering strategies with corporate objectives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in systems engineering leadership or relevant managerial roles.
- Completion of the Boeing internal training programs in systems engineering practices is preferred.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to collaborate effectively across different teams.
