Job Summary
This position focuses on developing strategies for cross-channel connections and crafting consumer journeys rooted in insights derived from audiences, categories, culture, and consumers. The role entails advising clients about their media investments and measurement practices, working collaboratively with various teams, leading strategic efforts for client pitches, and contributing to industry thought leadership.
Responsibilities

- Utilize audience, category, cultural, and consumer insights to inform decision-making.
- Provide guidance to clients on effective media investment and measurement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration in strategy.
- Lead initiatives for client pitches by formulating compelling strategies.
- Contribute to thought leadership within the industry to establish the agency’s expertise.
Qualifications
- 6 to 8 years of experience in consumer insights, connections strategy, or a related field within an advertising or media agency.
- Proficiency in audience and competitive intelligence tools.
- Experience in integrated media across both traditional and digital landscapes.
- Strong presentation and client-facing skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of media planning, research methodologies, measurement strategies, and AI tools.
