Job Summary
The Director is responsible for spearheading the AI strategy and executing large-scale initiatives aimed at enhancing client management capabilities. This role is critical in ensuring that operations are prepared and services remain continuous. Serving as a strategic consultant to upper management, the Director will manage cross-departmental teams to enhance client satisfaction and achieve tangible value outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of AI strategies within the organization.
- Oversee large-scale initiatives focused on client management enablement.
- Ensure operational readiness and maintain service continuity.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership.
- Manage and coordinate efforts of cross-functional teams to optimize client satisfaction.
- Drive measurable value realization across projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM).
- At least 1 year of experience in the implementation of technology platforms and infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and program management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams.
