**Director**
The Director will offer comprehensive leadership and strategic direction for the 340B Drug Pricing Program across the organization, ensuring adherence to federal regulations and maintaining operational excellence. This role involves overseeing daily administrative functions, spearheading outreach efforts, and working alongside various teams to enhance financial outcomes and prepare for audits. An undergraduate degree is a prerequisite, with a master’s degree in a relevant discipline highly desired. Applicants should possess a minimum of five years of advanced experience in managing 340B programs, pharmacy operations, or healthcare administration.
