The Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) will be responsible for conducting psychiatric diagnostic assessments, formulating treatment strategies, and managing medications for patients in a hospital environment. This position involves working in partnership with physicians and the broader healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes through thorough clinical evaluations and therapeutic actions. Applicants must hold an active Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner license in Iowa. Additionally, candidates are required to complete training for mandatory reporting of child and dependent adult abuse, and possess the capability to conduct both physical and psychosocial evaluations.
