**Director of Global BPO and Vendor Operations**
The Director will spearhead Affirm’s worldwide BPO and vendor operations initiative, establishing strategies and frameworks to enhance customer experience, ensure compliance, and boost operational efficiency. This role involves collaboration with various functional teams to implement AI and automation solutions, alongside overseeing vendor performance and cultivating a top-performing global team. Ideal candidates should possess over 15 years of experience in customer operations, particularly in managing large-scale global BPO programs and developing vendor network strategies. A demonstrated history of successfully leading intricate operational organizations and executing AI or automation at a large scale is essential.
