Job description
**Director of Engineering** is responsible for managing daily operations within the facility, overseeing overall maintenance, and directing construction initiatives, all while ensuring the dependable functioning of hospital utility systems. The role also includes upholding adherence to applicable local, state, federal, and regulatory standards. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and have between 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 to 7 years in a healthcare environment. Familiarity with TJC Environment of Care Standards and excellent leadership capabilities are essential for this position.
