The Director is responsible for guiding all sterile processing functions across the organization, focusing on strategic planning, financial oversight, and adherence to regulatory standards. This role acts as the main point of contact between clinical units and health system leaders, ensuring patient safety and enhancing operational efficiency. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in nursing, business, or a related healthcare field, complemented by a minimum of seven years of experience in managing intricate perioperative or sterile processing services. A master’s degree and pertinent certifications are advantageous, along with proven leadership and project management skills.
