Job Summary
The Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing regulatory compliance, formulating policies, and coordinating with governing authorities across all facilities. This position is key in ensuring uniform compliance with various safety standards, including those set by the Joint Commission, CMS, NFPA, among others, while promoting standardization and proactive risk management strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of regulatory compliance strategies across the organization.
- Coordinate efforts with various authorities that have jurisdiction over the facilities.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards, maintaining consistency across all locations.
- Drive initiatives aimed at risk assessment and mitigation within healthcare operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare facilities operations and regulatory compliance.
- Extensive understanding of regulatory standards governing healthcare facilities.
- Proven leadership capabilities in managing system-wide compliance initiatives.
