The Project Manager will take charge of managing capital improvement and renovation initiatives within a multifamily portfolio, guiding projects from the initial scope definition through to completion. Key responsibilities include overseeing budgets, timelines, and relationships with contractors, ensuring that all projects adhere to quality, safety, and compliance regulations. Applicants should possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in design, construction, or project management. A bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management is highly desirable.
