**Site Director**
The Site Director is accountable for overseeing the daily functions of the before and after school program, ensuring a secure and stimulating atmosphere for children. This role includes mentoring staff, upholding licensing regulations, and fostering positive relationships with families and school stakeholders. Applicants should possess an associate degree or equivalent qualifications in a relevant field, with a minimum of two years of experience with children. Additionally, at least one year in a supervisory position is necessary, and candidates should be capable of lifting weights up to 50 pounds.
