**Job Title: Clinical Laboratory Manager**
The Clinical Laboratory Manager is accountable for supervising the day-to-day activities within the laboratory, which encompasses personnel management, adherence to regulatory standards, and the implementation of quality assurance initiatives. This role involves overseeing budgets, managing inventory, and working in partnership with healthcare professionals to guarantee superior patient testing services. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a comparable discipline, along with an ASCP certification. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting is necessary, with a preference for candidates who have at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
