Job Summary
The Director of Global Payroll is responsible for managing and directing payroll operations worldwide, covering 23 countries. This role includes maintaining vendor partnerships and ensuring adherence to local taxation and regulatory standards. Additionally, the Director will lead the rollout of a global payroll solution that integrates seamlessly with SAP SuccessFactors and will deliver strategic insights to senior management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee global payroll operations for multiple countries.
- Manage relationships with payroll vendors to ensure compliance.
- Ensure adherence to local tax and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the implementation of a global payroll system integrated with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Provide strategic reporting and insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- 12-15 years of progressive payroll experience.
- A minimum of 7 years in managing global payroll operations.
- Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Demonstrated strong project management capabilities.
- Experience in leading teams that are geographically dispersed.
