The Director of ISC Operations will strategize and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations while overseeing production schedules, equipment, and logistics. They are responsible for implementing lean manufacturing principles and driving operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and cross-departmental collaboration. Candidates must have 8+ years of senior management experience in manufacturing or continuous improvement roles and possess strong analytical and leadership skills.
