Job Summary
The Director of Nursing plays a pivotal role in leading and managing both clinical and administrative operations at designated home infusion sites. This position necessitates effective oversight of nursing staff, ensuring they are well-recruited, trained, and supervised while adhering to all regulatory standards and requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to clinical and administrative functions across home infusion locations.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations.
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience.
- At least two years of management experience in home infusion or home health, including staff supervision.
