Job description
The Director of CAD & IT will be responsible for leading the design infrastructure, corporate IT, and security initiatives for an international semiconductor startup. This position entails establishing the architectural framework, overseeing EDA environments, and promoting the widespread integration of AI within both engineering and corporate processes. Applicants should possess over 10 years of experience in semiconductor design infrastructure and in managing IT operations across multiple countries. A solid background in security operations, familiarity with export-controlled settings, and the ability to build infrastructure from scratch are essential.
