**Senior Laboratory Manager**
The Senior Laboratory Manager is responsible for directing laboratory activities, which include supervising staff, providing training, and conducting physical and chemical tests on lubricants and greases. This role is crucial in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, managing quality assurance initiatives, and offering technical support to bolster both production and research efforts. Applicants should possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the automotive and industrial lubricant sectors, with a solid foundation in grease formulation and testing. A bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline is mandatory, along with exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
