The Director of Capture Management leads end-to-end capture efforts, oversees capture managers, and conducts market analysis to win contracts supporting DoD and government entities. This role collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop cost-effective capture strategies and ensures all activities remain compliant with government laws. Candidates must have at least 8 years of professional experience in defense, specifically in product support, engineering services, or supply chain management. A Master’s degree or equivalent experience is required, along with the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
