Job Summary
The Chief Mortgage and Capital Markets Officer plays a pivotal role in defining the strategy, promoting growth, and ensuring the operational effectiveness of the mortgage banking platform. This position manages the entire mortgage lifecycle, which encompasses aspects such as production, execution in the secondary market, risk management, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 12 years of advanced leadership experience in mortgage banking.
- Strong expertise in capital markets and operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area is mandatory.
- An MBA or professional mortgage certification is highly desirable.
