Job description
**Staff Development Coordinator**
The Staff Development Coordinator oversees the design and implementation of professional development and clinical education initiatives aimed at enhancing resident care quality. This role includes onboarding new nursing personnel, conducting regulatory training sessions, and contributing to performance enhancement efforts. Applicants must possess at least an Associate Degree in Nursing or a higher qualification, along with a current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license. A minimum of two years’ experience in nursing is required, with a preference for candidates who have experience in long-term care or clinical education settings.
