Job Summary
The Director is responsible for creating and spearheading a comprehensive sponsorship program aimed at generating revenue for various events, community projects, and public art initiatives. This role requires the ability to identify and cultivate corporate partnerships while actively seeking foundation and philanthropic support for community-focused programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sponsorship program to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage corporate partnerships effectively.
- Secure foundation and philanthropic funding for community-based initiatives.
- Foster relationships within the Dallas-Fort Worth business ecosystem to enhance program visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate sponsorship sales or business development.
- Demonstrated success in closing multiyear sponsorship agreements.
- Established connections in the Dallas-Fort Worth area business community.
