The Director of Development plays a key role in locating, nurturing, and requesting significant and transformative contributions from donors to advance the priorities of the university. This position involves managing a selection of potential donors, implementing engagement strategies, and partnering with faculty and staff to develop attractive giving opportunities. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and extensive experience in major gift fundraising or a comparable area. Essential qualifications include exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities, a results-driven mindset, and the capability to work autonomously.
