Job Summary
This position is responsible for overseeing the operations, maintenance, and reliability of power generation facilities, encompassing gas turbines and related balance-of-plant systems. The role involves fostering and guiding multidisciplinary teams while assuring the safe and efficient provision of continuous power for vital computing operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the operational functions of power generation infrastructure.
- Supervise maintenance activities and ensure reliability of gas turbines and balance-of-plant systems.
- Build and mentor a diverse team of professionals to enhance performance and collaboration.
- Guarantee safe and efficient power delivery for critical computing needs.
- Implement strategies for continuous improvement in power delivery systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in power plant operations or maintenance.
- Proven technical leadership skills with comprehensive knowledge of gas turbine systems.
- Ability to thrive in an industrial environment and effectively solve operational challenges.
