**Director of Distribution & Operations**
The Director of Distribution & Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the warehouse, which includes managing both inbound and outbound operations, while mentoring a team that exceeds 500 employees. This role focuses on fostering operational excellence, maintaining safety standards and accuracy, and applying data-driven strategies to enhance warehouse performance. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing high-volume distribution operations with teams of more than 400 individuals. Strong knowledge of performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and warehouse management systems is essential for success in this position.
