**Job Title: Security Sergeant**
The Security Sergeant is charged with managing security operations, directing personnel, and safeguarding the workplace, assets, and employees. This role entails implementing policies, handling incident responses, and organizing shift schedules to ensure optimal operational effectiveness. Applicants should possess a high school diploma along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in law enforcement, military service, or private security, which must include at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity. A valid driver’s license is required, and the ability to secure a state unarmed security officer license is essential.
