**Director of Facilities & Plant Operations**
The Director of Facilities & Plant Operations is responsible for the strategic planning, construction, and upkeep of facilities across multiple campuses, while also overseeing budgeting and staff management. This position requires ensuring adherence to building regulations, collaborating with contractors, and guiding operational initiatives that align with the college’s objectives. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related discipline is necessary, accompanied by five to eight years of experience in construction management. Additionally, candidates should have a minimum of three years of supervisory experience and familiarity with fiscal and regulatory standards.
