**Rehab Director**
The Rehab Director is responsible for the management of daily functions, adherence to clinical standards, and development of staffing strategies within a skilled nursing environment. This position includes delivering direct patient care, ensuring compliance with regulations, and enhancing operational efficiency. Applicants should have a degree from an accredited program in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, physical therapy assistant, or occupational therapy assistant, along with an active state license. At least one year of clinical experience in a therapy role is mandatory.
