Job description
**Analytics Lead**
The Analytics Lead will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of safety data, establishing definitions and reconciliation processes for all safety-related reporting. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to transform insights into actionable strategies, thereby enhancing the customer support experience. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of practical analytics experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to the trust and safety sector. Proficiency in SQL and Python is essential, and candidates should hold a degree in a quantitative discipline, such as statistics, economics, or engineering.
