Job description
**Residential Coordinator**
The Residential Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential home locations, which includes supervising staff and executing individualized service plans. This role involves ensuring adherence to relevant regulations, overseeing documentation processes, and facilitating engaging community activities for the individuals served. Applicants should have a minimum of one year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and demonstrate robust leadership capabilities. A preference is given to candidates holding an associate degree in a field related to human services and having a strong command of computer systems.
