**Director of Finance**
The Director of Finance plays a pivotal role in steering the financial operations of the resort, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting responsibilities. This position ensures the integrity of internal controls, manages auditing processes, and supervises the accounting and purchasing functions to uphold profitability and adherence to regulations. Ideal candidates will possess at least six years of pertinent experience in a director-level capacity within a decentralized accounting framework. A bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is highly desirable, coupled with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with software specific to the resort industry.
