Job description
**Director of Finance**
The Director of Finance will be responsible for steering financial functions within the homebuilding sector, managing aspects such as reporting, job costing, and cash flow management. This position acts as a strategic ally to the leadership in construction and purchasing, ensuring that financial outcomes meet operational objectives. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, along with a minimum of 8 years of increasing responsibility in the realms of construction or real estate development. Expertise in GAAP, financial modeling, and ERP systems is essential, and certifications like CPA, CMA, or an MBA are preferred.
