This role involves negotiating with insurance carriers, ensuring adherence to regulations, and creating referral networks to enhance business expansion. Applicants must possess a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance sector. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, along with excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
