Job description
The Director of Fitness & Wellness is responsible for overseeing the everyday functions, program initiatives, and strategic planning of the fitness division within a private club. Key responsibilities include the recruitment and mentorship of staff, overseeing departmental financials, and cultivating a positive, high-quality experience for members. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and have extensive leadership experience in fitness, wellness, or hospitality sectors. Additionally, a valid nationally recognized fitness certification, as well as CPR/AED and First Aid certifications, are mandatory.
