The Director of IT will lead the organization’s AI, data, analytics, and application development functions to drive digital transformation. They will partner with business leaders to establish technology strategies, manage resources, and foster a culture of innovation and accountability. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience. Proficiency in building technology roadmaps, AI governance, and leading software development teams is required.
