Job Summary
The Director of Learning and Development will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive multi-year learning strategy. This includes overseeing onboarding processes, enhancing leadership development initiatives, and ensuring compliance training is effectively delivered. The position requires active involvement in facilitation, management of the Learning Management System, and providing coaching to managers to foster organizational advancement and enhance employee retention.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a multi-year learning roadmap.
- Oversee onboarding programs and leadership training initiatives.
- Ensure effective compliance training delivery.
- Facilitate training sessions both virtually and in-person.
- Manage the Learning Management System effectively.
- Coach and support managers to drive organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in learning and development with increasing responsibilities.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in a related field.
- Strong skills in instructional design and LMS administration.
- Proficient in both virtual and in-person training facilitation.
