**Director of Learning & Technical Training**
The Director of Learning & Technical Training is responsible for creating and expanding comprehensive training initiatives aimed at enhancing workforce skills and cultivating future leaders within the organization. This role includes the management of technical training facilities, oversight of digital learning systems, and collaboration with operational teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and promote operational efficiency. Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in learning and development or technical training, with no less than 5 years in a leadership role. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, and the position requires extensive knowledge of training program management in industrial or manufacturing settings.
